Product Delivery Manager (Remote)

Join GovCIO as a Product Delivery Manager in our Health Services Portfolio, supporting mission-critical healthcare initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote position is based in the Frankfort, Franklin County area and offers the opportunity to lead product delivery efforts on strategically important federal health systems programs.

About the Role

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Manager to drive execution and oversight of the Health Data Management Sub Product Line within the Health Services Portfolio Technical Management and Strategic Solutioning Support (HTMS) program. You will partner with cross-functional teams across the VA's Office of Information and Technology to ensure timely, quality delivery of health data solutions that serve veterans and their families.

What You'll Do

• Lead product delivery initiatives, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations across complex government IT environments
• Coordinate between technical teams, program managers, and VA leadership to align health data management priorities with organizational objectives
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery momentum
• Support strategic planning and solutioning activities for health data initiatives within the VA's modernization efforts
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and documentation for federal program oversight and compliance
• Collaborate on continuous process improvements to enhance product delivery effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing product delivery or large-scale projects in government or mission-critical environments
• Strong project and program management skills with familiarity with federal acquisition and delivery methodologies
• Ability to thrive in remote work settings with excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Experience coordinating across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Current or ability to obtain United States Suitability/Public Trust clearance
• Preferred: Background in healthcare IT, health data systems, or VA programs
