Position Summary

Join our team as a Scientist III - Analytical Chemistry and Molecular Biology serving as a Field Service Professional on a long-term client engagement. This full-time onsite role in Rahway, New Jersey puts you at the forefront of analytical method development and molecular biology support for pharmaceutical advancement. You'll work with state-of-the-art instrumentation, contribute to pre-formulation studies and pre-qualification activities, and collaborate with a dedicated team of scientists committed to accelerating drug development timelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform high-throughput analytical chemistry and molecular biology assays with meticulous attention to precision and detail
• Support pre-formulation and pre-qualification studies critical to pharmaceutical development pipelines
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods in compliance with regulatory standards
• Generate, analyze, and document laboratory data; prepare technical reports for scientific review
• Troubleshoot analytical challenges and refine experimental protocols in collaboration with team members
• Maintain laboratory equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and uphold safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related life sciences discipline
• Professional experience in analytical chemistry methods and molecular biology protocols
• Hands-on proficiency with analytical instrumentation and high-throughput laboratory techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Commitment to accuracy, quality standards, and adherence to laboratory safety protocols
