Parexel is hiring a Scientist III – Analytical Chemistry and Molecular Biology for a full-time, on-site position in Carson Mall, Carson City. About the Role

As a Scientist III, you'll lead high-throughput analytical chemistry and molecular biology work supporting research and development objectives. This role combines independent scientific work with collaborative contribution to multi-disciplinary projects. You'll engage in pre-formulation and pre-qualification activities, leveraging your technical depth to solve complex analytical challenges.

What You'll Do

• Conduct advanced analytical chemistry testing and high-throughput sample analysis
• Perform molecular biology techniques including molecular characterization and sample evaluation
• Execute pre-formulation and pre-qualification studies according to established protocols
• Develop and optimize analytical methods to support project requirements
• Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive technical reports
• Maintain laboratory records and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree or extensive field experience in analytical chemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline
• Demonstrated expertise in high-throughput analytical and molecular biology techniques
• Proficiency with analytical instrumentation and advanced laboratory methods
• Strong understanding of GLP/GMP standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent scientific writing and technical communication skills
• Track record of independent work and self-directed project management
