About the Role
As Store Office/Admin Support, you'll be the backbone of our store's administrative operations. Your work ensures that daily business functions run efficiently, from scheduling to record management, allowing our store management and team members to focus on delivering excellent service to customers.
What You'll Do
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document organization, and record keeping
- Support store management with scheduling coordination and staff-related documentation
- Assist with inventory tracking, receiving, and stocking coordination
- Support cash office operations and reconciliation activities
- Manage store systems, software applications, and communication tools
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth store operations
- Answer phones, greet customers, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized office and store environment
- Support promotional activities, pricing updates, and compliance documentation
