About the Role

As a Healthcare Epic Senior Manager, you're a technical leader responsible for shepherding complex healthcare IT projects from strategy through execution. You'll combine deep expertise in Epic systems with strong management acumen to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of healthcare technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end Epic implementations and optimization initiatives for healthcare clients
• Lead and develop teams of analysts, developers, and consultants on healthcare IT projects
• Partner with healthcare leadership to understand organizational needs and translate them into technology roadmaps
• Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget objectives
• Identify opportunities for healthcare clients to improve financial performance and operational workflows through Epic enhancements
