Own strategic account leadership for U.S. Air Force clients, directing service delivery, managing client satisfaction, and identifying expansion opportunities within your portfolio. You'll partner with project leaders and technical experts to ensure solutions align perfectly with client objectives while building a high-performing team around you.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end account management and relationship development for assigned U.S. Air Force clients
• Build and execute account strategies that grow service depth and strengthen client partnerships
• Supervise and develop a client service team, fostering accountability and excellence
• Track delivery quality, client satisfaction, and account performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Uncover and pursue new service opportunities within existing accounts
• Represent CDM Smith in strategic client engagements and planning initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience leading client service teams or managing complex account portfolios
• Track record building and maintaining high-value government or defense sector client relationships
• Proven success growing accounts and expanding service delivery scopes
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
• Knowledge of government contracting practices and compliance frameworks strongly preferred
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated problem-solving judgment
