About the Role
As Strategic Account PMO Lead, you'll manage the program management function for key accounts, ensuring seamless execution of complex initiatives while strengthening long-term client partnerships. You'll be the operational backbone of our account teams—coordinating timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to guarantee success at every stage.
What You'll Do
- Own portfolio planning and schedule management for assigned strategic accounts, identifying dependencies and mitigating risks before they impact delivery
- Lead cross-functional coordination among account management, delivery, technical, and support teams to align on priorities and resolve conflicts
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account roadmaps and project plans that translate client objectives into measurable milestones
- Track key performance indicators, prepare executive dashboards and status reports, and present account health to internal and client leadership
- Champion process improvements and best practices across the account portfolio to increase efficiency and reduce delivery time
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to support multiple concurrent account initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-level questions and escalations, ensuring rapid resolution and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in B2B client-facing or account management environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with clear accountability for outcomes
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, particularly with senior-level clients and internal executives
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
- Willingness to thrive in a structured office environment, Monday through Friday
