About the Role
ThermoFisher Scientific seeks a results-driven Regional Product Manager to own the commercial lifecycle and market success of our protein diagnostics portfolio in North America. You will combine product strategy with regional sales leadership, ensuring our diagnostic solutions reach hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, and clinical partners who depend on them. This role bridges product development, commercial execution, and customer impact—driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth across a rapidly evolving diagnostics market.
What You'll Do
- Lead the commercial strategy and go-to-market execution for the PDX product portfolio across North America, identifying market opportunities and expanding customer adoption
- Manage the full product lifecycle from launch through maturity, making data-driven decisions on pricing, positioning, and feature prioritization
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospital networks, diagnostic laboratories, clinical partners, and key opinion leaders throughout the region
- Develop and execute regional sales plans, forecasts, and account strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, clinical affairs, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful market execution
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, providing insights to inform product roadmap and commercial strategy decisions
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize portfolio performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Regional Sales Leader in diagnostics, life sciences, or healthcare, with a track record of driving commercial success
- Deep understanding of the protein diagnostics market, laboratory workflows, and healthcare customer buying processes
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution—ability to develop plans and drive results across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong business acumen, including experience with P&L management, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across clinical, commercial, and technical audiences
- Ability to work across North America, with flexibility to travel and engage directly with key accounts and partners
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
