Staff Contracts Administrator

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Contracts Administrator for our Redondo Beach location in Los Angeles County. This is a full-time position supporting critical contract management and compliance operations.

The Opportunity

Join Northrop Grumman's contracting team in Redondo Beach, where you'll play a key role in managing contracts and supporting business operations. As a Staff Contracts Administrator, you'll work on projects that drive innovation across aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in complex contract administration while contributing to mission-critical initiatives. A valid security clearance (SCI level) is required for this role, travel of approximately 10% of the time is expected, and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer contracts through their full lifecycle, including review, documentation, and compliance tracking
• Support procurement teams by organizing and managing contractual documents and records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely contract performance and delivery
• Review contract terms, amendments, and modifications for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate contract files and databases for ease of retrieval and audit purposes
• Assist with contract closeouts and final reconciliation activities
• Support business continuity by responding to contract-related inquiries and resolving issues

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in contracts administration or related procurement support roles
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Ability to review and interpret complex contractual language
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with written and numerical data
• Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments
• Valid security clearance at the SCI level, or ability to obtain one
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as required
