About the Role
As a Property and Asset Management Analyst at Northrop Grumman, you will play a key role in tracking, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's physical and operational assets. This role involves data analysis, regulatory compliance, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient asset utilization and operational readiness. You may travel up to 10% of the time to support asset management initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of company property and assets across operations
- Analyze asset performance data and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate asset management activities and initiatives
- Support asset lifecycle planning, depreciation tracking, and disposal processes
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and business software systems
- Attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in asset management, property management, or related operational role preferred
