Business Development Manager, Facial Aesthetics

AbbVie is hiring a Business Development Manager for Facial Aesthetics in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. This is a full-time position focused on driving growth and building relationships within the medical aesthetics market.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Facial Aesthetics, you'll lead strategic initiatives to expand our market presence across the Northern California region. You'll work directly with aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and medical spas to build lasting partnerships and accelerate adoption of our facial aesthetic solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for facial aesthetics products and services in your assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with aesthetic practitioners, clinic owners, and decision-makers
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats within the facial aesthetics space
• Educate and support healthcare providers on product benefits, applications, and clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align on regional business objectives
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic recommendations
• Support business planning and forecasting activities for your region

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within aesthetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with medical professionals
• Knowledge of the facial aesthetics market, including injectables, fillers, body contouring, and skincare trends
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Strategic thinking with excellent project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Willingness to travel within your territory as needed
