About the Role

As Associate Director of Market Analytics and Business Insights, you'll oversee analytical projects that shape commercial strategy and product performance evaluation. This leadership role combines deep analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to translate complex market data into actionable business intelligence for senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead market analytics and competitive intelligence initiatives supporting AbbVie's therapeutic portfolios
• Design and manage analytics frameworks that quantify market opportunities, customer trends, and business performance
• Develop insights from market data, sales analytics, and customer feedback to guide product strategy and market positioning
• Mentor analytics team members and drive best practices in data methodology and reporting
• Partner with commercial, medical, and R&D teams to define analytical requirements and deliver tailored business solutions
• Oversee market research studies, competitive benchmarking, and internal analytics projects
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional business partners

What We're Looking For
