About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our team in Lehigh Valley and take ownership of construction schedule strategy and execution. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules that drive on-time, on-budget project delivery while collaborating across all levels of project leadership and field operations. This is a hands-on role where your scheduling expertise directly impacts project success and stakeholder confidence.

What You'll Do

• Build and refine comprehensive construction schedules using industry-standard software, establishing realistic baselines and monthly forecasts
• Conduct critical path analysis to identify schedule risks, bottlenecks, and recovery strategies before they impact project timelines
• Track actual progress against the baseline schedule, analyze variances, and communicate schedule status and forecasts to project managers, superintendents, and owners
• Partner with field teams, subcontractors, and discipline leads to integrate their input into the master schedule and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Evaluate the impact of change orders, requests for information, and field conditions on project timelines and contractual requirements
• Prepare schedule reports, trend analyses, and presentations for project reviews, owner meetings, and executive leadership
• Recommend resource allocation strategies and sequence adjustments to optimize productivity and meet delivery milestones

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience on industrial, commercial, or heavy civil construction projects
• Expert-level proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, labor productivity, and critical path principles
• Proven ability to communicate schedule strategy and risk to diverse audiences—from field superintendents to corporate executives
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a union or heavily regulated industrial setting is a plus
