What You'll Do

• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor pediatric clients' health status, vital signs, and clinical changes
• Administer medications and manage medical equipment according to individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care including wound management, catheter care, and other clinical interventions
• Document clinical observations, patient progress, and care delivered with accuracy and thoroughness
• Communicate with healthcare teams, families, and care coordinators to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Educate families on care techniques, medical equipment use, and health maintenance strategies
• Support children's developmental, comfort, and safety needs in a home environment

What We're Looking For

• Current RN or LPN licensure in Pennsylvania
• New graduate status or early-career pediatric nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Independence balanced with effective communication and teamwork
• Genuine compassion for pediatric patients and commitment to family-centered care
• Reliability and dedication to consistent, high-quality patient care
• Valid driver's license for travel between client homes
