About the Role

In this Scientific Director / Senior Medical Director position, you'll be a key medical strategist for our prostate cancer pipeline, working at the nexus of clinical science, patient care, and business strategy. Medical Affairs plays a vital role throughout the product lifecycle—providing clinically sound, evidence-based information to patients, healthcare providers, and payers. Your scientific leadership will ensure that everyone in the treatment ecosystem has the knowledge they need.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop medical affairs strategy for prostate cancer therapies in the global oncology portfolio
• Provide scientific expertise and medical authority to cross-functional teams across clinical, commercial, regulatory, and scientific affairs
• Design and deliver clinically rigorous educational content and resources for oncology healthcare providers
• Engage with key opinion leaders, medical societies, and specialists in urologic and medical oncology
• Contribute to clinical trial design, evidence generation, and safety assessment programs
• Synthesize clinical literature and real-world data to inform medical messaging and strategic positioning
• Work with payers and integrated health systems to communicate clinical value and support treatment adoption
• Maintain scientific integrity and compliance across all medical affairs activities

What We're Looking For

• Medical degree (MD or DO) or doctorate in a life sciences field (PhD or equivalent)
• Significant professional experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, or oncology research
• Specialized knowledge in oncology with expertise in prostate cancer and related therapeutic areas
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical science clearly to diverse audiences
• Leadership experience and the ability to influence across functional lines
• Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment and reimbursement landscape
