About the Role

As an independent claims adjuster with our team, you'll investigate insurance claims, assess property damage, determine coverage eligibility, and prepare detailed reports and settlement recommendations. This role combines fieldwork, analysis, and professional judgment to resolve claims accurately and fairly. We're actively recruiting for this essential position in the Fremont, Nebraska area.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and document property damage to evaluate loss amounts and coverage
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and involved parties to gather claim details
• Review claim files, photographs, police reports, and supporting documents
• Prepare comprehensive written reports and repair cost estimates
• Negotiate settlements and communicate findings to insurance carriers
• Maintain detailed records and ensure regulatory and company compliance
• Work independently in the field across assigned claim territories

What We're Looking For

• Valid insurance adjuster license for your state (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong investigative and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
