About the Role

As an Independent Insurance Claims Adjuster with our team, you'll be the primary point of contact for policyholders filing claims. You'll investigate property damage, assess the extent of loss, review insurance policies, and prepare detailed reports to support claim settlements. This is a hands-on position that combines field work with documentation and client communication.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged residential and commercial properties
• Interview claimants and witnesses to gather information about incidents
• Document damage through photographs, measurements, and written assessments
• Review insurance policies to determine coverage and claim eligibility
• Prepare comprehensive claims reports and estimates for loss adjustment
• Communicate findings and recommendations to insurers, claimants, and legal representatives
• Meet deadlines and maintain accurate records for each assignment
