About the Role

The Calendar Group is seeking an experienced domestic couple to manage year-round household operations split between a Great Neck, Nassau County estate and a Palm Beach residence. You'll ensure seamless daily functioning, coordinate household staff and vendors, and maintain the elevated standards these properties demand across all seasons and locations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee household management across two residences with coordinated scheduling and operations
• Plan, prepare, and manage meals while accommodating dietary preferences and nutritional needs
• Provide reliable transportation services and manage household transportation logistics
• Deliver light caregiving support during scheduled caregiver time off
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and home maintenance in both properties
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and household services as needed
• Respond to household needs with flexibility and discretion throughout the year

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing household staff and operations in private residential settings
• Demonstrated cooking expertise with ability to prepare varied menus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience providing compassionate caregiving support
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
• Excellent references from previous household positions
