Position Summary

As a New Graduate Registered Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care, you'll work alongside our hemodialysis team to provide high-quality dialysis therapy and direct patient care. Core Duties

• Administer hemodialysis treatments according to clinical protocols and physician orders
• Monitor patients during dialysis for vital signs, comfort, and treatment response
• Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure compliance with infection control standards
• Assist with patient assessments and report significant changes to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and physicians to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Respond to patient requests and contribute to a welcoming clinical atmosphere

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• Current or in-progress Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Maryland or the applicable state
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
