Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Lead - U.S. Office Lab Plant to direct transaction activity and portfolio strategy for its office, laboratory, and manufacturing sites across the United States. This full-time, on-site position is based in Waltham, Middlesex County.

About the Role

As the Real Estate Transactions Lead, you will own the end-to-end management of real estate deals and shape long-term portfolio planning for Fresenius Medical Care's U.S. footprint. The position centers on building and carrying out a unified real estate approach that supports business expansion, day-to-day operational needs, and the company's broader financial goals across office, lab, and plant facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all real estate transaction efforts spanning U.S. office, laboratory, and manufacturing locations.
• Craft and deliver a comprehensive portfolio strategy that keeps pace with company growth and changing operational demands.
• Align real estate decisions with financial targets to maximize value and control costs across the property portfolio.
• Coordinate negotiations, deal execution, and strategic planning to support facility and site requirements nationwide.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure real estate moves reinforce overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading commercial real estate transactions and portfolio strategy, ideally across office, lab, and industrial or manufacturing assets.
• Strong command of deal structuring, negotiation, and lease or acquisition management.
• Ability to translate operational and financial priorities into actionable real estate plans.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Waltham, Middlesex County.
