What This Role Involves

As a Maintenance & Ops Coordinator (state role title: Trades Technician IV), you'll be the backbone of facility operations, ensuring our buildings and systems run smoothly and safely. You'll coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manage work schedules, and serve as a key liaison between our operational needs and skilled trades professionals.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance projects across agency facilities
• Monitor building systems and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Communicate work requests and coordinate with maintenance contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Track maintenance budgets and document work completion
• Support emergency maintenance response when needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility conditions

This position is classified as Pay Band 4, and the starting salary begins at $70,000 minimum, commensurate with your experience.
