About the Role
You'll manage day-to-day sales operations, lead team performance toward ambitious targets, and ensure consistently high-quality customer interactions. Working onsite at our Schulte facility, you'll combine hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to build a sales organization that delivers results while maintaining operational excellence across our customer service platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve revenue goals and performance KPIs
- Conduct hiring, training, and ongoing development for team members
- Coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationship management
- Monitor call quality, conversion metrics, and individual sales performance
- Analyze sales data and performance trends to identify coaching opportunities and process improvements
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and adherence to operational standards
- Escalate and resolve complex customer situations and complaints
- Collaborate with operations, training, and support teams to optimize workflows
