About the Role
This is a unique full-time role that integrates skilled maintenance work with resort operations. You'll dedicate three days weekly to preventative and emergency maintenance across resort systems and facilities, and two days weekly to resort attendant functions. This split schedule allows you to build expertise across both technical and hospitality aspects of resort management.
What You'll Do
- Partner with skilled trade mechanics on scheduled and emergency maintenance repairs
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting systems throughout the resort
- Execute exterior grounds maintenance and landscaping work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assignments to specification
- Execute resort attendant duties to support smooth daily operations
- Prioritize safety and quality in all maintenance and operational tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or skilled trades
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
