What We're Looking For

- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across government and community networks
- Knowledge of disability services, vocational rehabilitation, vision services, or related public health fields is valued
- Master's degree or equivalent advanced professional experience in public administration, management, or related field
