About the Role

• Build, mentor, and oversee high-performing teams across the organization
• Collaborate with state legislators, policymakers, and community partners on policy and program advancement
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state requirements governing vision rehabilitation and disability services
• Track program outcomes, measure impact, and drive continuous operational improvement

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in executive or senior leadership roles within government, nonprofit, or public service sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, and budget oversight
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across government and community networks
• Knowledge of disability services, vocational rehabilitation, vision services, or related public health fields is valued
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced professional experience in public administration, management, or related field
