Packaging/Labeling Technician II – 2nd Shift

About the Role

As a Packaging/Labeling Technician II, you'll play a critical part in the final stages of our manufacturing process. Working a 10-hour night shift, you'll perform skilled packaging and labeling operations that meet rigorous pharmaceutical and medical device standards. You'll operate in a controlled cleanroom environment where maintaining strict protocols ensures product integrity and regulatory compliance. This role requires both physical capability and meticulous adherence to procedures that govern every step of your work.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, package, and label products according to specifications and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
• Inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality, defects, and correct labeling
• Operate in cleanroom conditions while maintaining strict environmental and personal hygiene protocols
• Handle materials stored in cold rooms and freezers, including work in temperatures as low as -22°F/-6°C
• Document production records and ensure traceability of all packaged materials
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to meet shift production goals and respond to quality issues promptly

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds without assistance, regularly
• Comfort working in temperature-controlled environments, including cold storage areas
• Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and personal hygiene standards (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, or exposed piercings while in controlled areas)
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliability and ability to maintain consistent performance during second shift hours
• Ability to work with required Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses and other PPE as needed)
