In this full-time, office-based role, you'll serve as a strategic connector between our clinical solutions team and healthcare partners, driving meaningful growth and building relationships that advance patient care outcomes.

About the Role

As an Associate Business Development Liaison for Trialmed, you'll identify and cultivate partnerships that expand our market presence throughout the East Coast and Central territories. Your work directly supports ThermoFisher Scientific's mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Operating in a collaborative office environment with a standard Monday-through-Friday schedule, you'll translate market insight into sustainable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare facilities, clinical research organizations, and medical institutions in your assigned region
• Conduct market research and outreach to identify partnership opportunities aligned with Trialmed's offerings
• Support business development initiatives through account qualification, coordination, and pipeline management
• Prepare customized proposals and presentations that demonstrate value to prospective partners
• Track activity, maintain accurate records in our CRM platform, and report on business development progress
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful relationship development and account onboarding

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders professionally
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences business development
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities in handling multiple accounts and initiatives
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Willingness to travel periodically within the East Coast and Central regions as needed
