SitusAMC is hiring a full-time remote Azure DevOps Administrator based in Bismarck, Burleigh County. We're seeking a skilled DevOps professional to architect and maintain our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, enabling our engineering teams to deploy code reliably and at scale.
About the Role
As our Azure DevOps Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our development infrastructure. You'll design, implement, and manage Azure DevOps services that enable our engineering teams to build, test, and release software efficiently. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner directly with developers, infrastructure teams, and leadership to optimize how we deliver code to production.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Manage Azure repositories, branches, pull requests, and version control workflows
- Configure build definitions, release pipelines, and deployment automation across development, staging, and production environments
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to streamline build processes and reduce time-to-deployment
- Enforce security standards, compliance controls, and audit requirements across the DevOps platform
- Document operational procedures and create comprehensive runbooks for the team
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience administering Azure DevOps in production environments
- Strong proficiency with Azure cloud services and infrastructure as code
- Solid understanding of CI/CD architecture, pipeline design, and deployment strategies
- Experience managing version control systems and implementing branching strategies
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
- Commitment to building secure, reliable, and maintainable systems
