Wegmans is hiring a full-time Distribution Center Warehouse Team Member at its Rochester, NY facility (3131 Winton Road), serving the Brockport and Monroe County region — and new hires are eligible for a bonus of up to $500.

About the Role

As a Distribution Center Warehouse Team Member with Wegmans, you'll be a hands-on contributor to the supply chain that keeps store shelves stocked and customers satisfied. This is a physical, fast-paced position inside a modern distribution center where accuracy, teamwork, and dependability drive everything. Starting pay ranges from $17.05 to $17.55 per hour, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming product deliveries to meet daily throughput goals
• Pick and prepare outbound orders accurately using RF scanning equipment or paper-based systems
• Operate manual and powered material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment to Wegmans store locations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all warehouse safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to hit shift productivity targets
• Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to lift, carry, and move product — regularly up to 50 lbs or more
• Comfort standing, walking, and bending throughout an entire shift
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to showing up ready to work
• Strong attention to detail when picking or verifying orders
• Positive, team-first attitude in a collaborative warehouse environment
• Flexibility in scheduling availability is a plus — broader availability may open additional shift opportunities
