About the Role

Wells Fargo is hiring a bilingual teller to deliver outstanding customer service and handle financial transactions in English and Spanish. In this position, you'll be the trusted face of Wells Fargo on Fourth Street, building relationships with customers while maintaining precision and compliance in every transaction.

What You'll Do

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, balance information, and available financial products in both English and Spanish
• Operate cash handling systems, verify currency and checks, and maintain accurate transaction records
• Open and close customer accounts, explain account features, and collect necessary documentation
• Address routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Adhere to all Wells Fargo banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance requirements
• Recommend appropriate banking products and services to support customer financial goals

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proven customer service experience in banking, financial services, or a similar customer-focused environment
• Strong mathematical ability and accurate cash handling experience
• Meticulous attention to detail and reliability in transaction-heavy settings
• Collaborative team player with positive interpersonal skills
• Experience with banking platforms and point-of-sale systems preferred
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma required
