Relationship Banker – Cody Main

Wells Fargo is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker for our Cody Main branch in Cody, Park County, Wyoming. In this role, you'll be the trusted financial advisor for individuals and small businesses in your community, building lasting relationships while helping clients achieve their financial goals.

About the Role

As a Relationship Banker at Wells Fargo, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking comprehensive banking solutions. You'll combine consultative skills with financial product knowledge to understand each customer's unique needs and recommend tailored banking services. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Cody location.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers to assess their financial situations and discuss savings, lending, and investment options
• Open new deposit and loan accounts, process applications, and guide clients through product selection
• Maintain accurate account records, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Cross-sell Wells Fargo products including credit cards, wealth management services, and personal lines of credit
• Build a strong customer base through referrals, relationship management, and consistent follow-up
• Handle routine transactions, answer customer inquiries, and resolve banking concerns promptly
• Contribute to branch sales and service goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer care

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or an associate's degree is valued
• Prior experience in customer service, retail banking, or sales environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Proficiency with computers and banking systems; willingness to learn new technology
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory compliance
