What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and motivate branch team members to consistently exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and promotion of Wells Fargo financial products and services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management standards
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and community partners in the Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz County area
• Monitor branch profitability, expenses, and operational efficiency while maintaining high service quality standards
