About the Role

We're hiring part-time Tellers to support our Rincon branch and serve the greater Tucson community. In this position, you'll be the face of Wells Fargo—the person customers trust with their financial needs. You'll handle transactions, build relationships, and represent our commitment to quality banking service during your scheduled hours.

What You'll Do

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy and efficiency
• Open new accounts and explain banking products and services to customers
• Maintain cash drawer security and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Identify and report suspicious transactions to prevent fraud and comply with regulations
• Resolve customer questions and direct complex issues to appropriate team members
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive branch environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to handle cash accurately and manage multiple transactions
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn banking systems and comply with financial regulations
