About This Position

You will lead the North American Research Services Sales organization, setting strategy and overseeing sales execution to achieve and surpass organizational targets. Your purview spans our complete research services portfolio—Commercial research, Real-World Evidence (RWE), Clinical research, Regulatory consulting, and Safety services—each engineered to serve the complex needs of pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own enterprise relationships, shape go-to-market strategy, and develop a high-performing sales team in a dynamic and specialized industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the North American research services sales team to achieve revenue objectives and drive organizational growth
• Develop comprehensive sales strategy across Commercial, Real-World Evidence, Clinical, Regulatory, and Safety research service lines
• Build and nurture enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers, including pricing negotiation and contract management
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape to identify and capture new revenue streams in life sciences research services

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets in B2B markets
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences research industries
• Proven expertise in complex, consultative sales and negotiating high-value client agreements
• Strong track record in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and team development
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence when managing relationships across all levels
