About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated special education professional to provide specialized instruction and support to preschool-age students in our early intervention program. You'll work collaboratively with families, therapists, and general education staff to create inclusive learning environments where every student thrives. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning needs and developmental goals
• Deliver specialized instruction in communication, social-emotional, and motor skill development through small-group and individual sessions
• Conduct ongoing assessment and progress monitoring to measure student growth and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with early intervention specialists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and general education teachers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive support
• Build strong partnerships with families by sharing progress updates, providing resources, and incorporating family input into educational planning
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, attendance, and service delivery as required by state and federal regulations
• Create adaptive learning materials and employ differentiated teaching strategies to support diverse learner profiles

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teacher license
• Minimum one year of experience as a Special Education Teacher
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and school professionals
• Passion for early childhood development and inclusive education
• Ability to manage multiple students' needs while maintaining a patient, positive classroom environment
