Asset Protection Specialist

Home Depot is seeking a full-time Asset Protection Specialist to join our team in Oak Ridge, Anderson County. In this role, you'll play a critical part in safeguarding our store's assets, preventing financial loss, and ensuring a secure shopping environment for customers and team members alike.

The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Monitor and review surveillance footage to identify suspicious activity and security concerns
• Investigate suspected incidents of theft, fraud, and unauthorized activity
• Document and report findings to store management and loss prevention leadership
• Collaborate with team members to execute store safety and environmental compliance initiatives
• Utilize loss prevention tools and systems to analyze trends and reduce shrink
• Support store operations by maintaining vigilance on sales floor and facility access points
