About the Role

As a Security Officer with Securitas, you'll deliver professional, dependable security services to assigned clients and facilities. This full-time position based in Rochester, Olmsted County places you where your vigilance and customer service skills will directly impact the safety and satisfaction of the people you protect.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and patrol assigned premises, facilities, and grounds to detect and prevent unauthorized activity
• Observe and respond to security incidents, breaches, or suspicious behavior with professionalism and restraint
• Maintain detailed incident reports and communicate findings to management and clients
• Enforce facility policies and procedures, providing courteous but firm guidance to occupants and visitors
• Conduct regular inspections of security systems, access points, and alarm equipment
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Comply with all relevant security protocols and legal requirements in your assigned role

Compensation

This position offers a wage range of $20.25–$22.00 per hour.
