Warehouse Maintenance Associate

Home Depot is hiring a full-time Warehouse Maintenance Associate to maintain, repair, and oversee critical building support systems at our facility in Columbia, Maury County. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our warehouse operations running smoothly by ensuring all equipment and facilities perform reliably and safely.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Maintenance Associate, you'll be responsible for the ongoing upkeep and repair of complex building support systems that sustain warehouse operations. This position requires proactive maintenance work, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating repairs essential to our daily operations and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Maintain, repair, and oversee building support systems in a warehouse environment
• Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs before they become operational issues
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and execute repairs or coordinate with specialists
• Support warehouse operations by ensuring facilities and equipment remain in working condition
• Service mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems as needed
• Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status to management
• Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment in compliance with company and industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repair in an industrial or warehouse setting
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance challenges independently
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Reliable work ethic with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
