Reformation is hiring an Operations Associate, Part Time - UES to support the daily rhythm of our Upper East Side store in New York City, New York. If you love keeping a retail space running smoothly while championing sustainable fashion, this role is for you.
About the Role
As an Operations Associate at Reformation's Upper East Side location in New York City, you'll be the engine behind a seamless shopping experience. This is an in-person, part-time position focused on inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and the behind-the-scenes logistics that let our sales team and customers shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments, verify quantities, and ensure merchandise is floor-ready and correctly tagged.
- Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom so styles and sizes are easy to locate and replenish.
- Support inventory counts, returns, and transfers to keep stock data accurate.
- Partner with store leadership and the sales team to keep the floor stocked and the operation flowing during peak hours.
- Uphold visual and operational standards that reflect Reformation's commitment to quality and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail operations, stockroom, or inventory support is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site at our Upper East Side store and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, dependable attitude and genuine enthusiasm for sustainable fashion.
