Role Overview

Arts Humanitas 501 is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering transformative experiences that inspire awe and reconnect individuals with nature through artistic expression. As the Community Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting living artists, environmentalists, climate stewards, and forward-conscious creators by curating high-touch journeys and contributing to the SF Art, Nature, Ecology Biennale.

What You'll Do

• Leverage community partnerships to expand reach and impact of Arts Humanitas programs.
• Develop and implement strategies for engaging diverse communities in arts and ecology initiatives.
• Collaborate with artists, environmentalists, and climate stewards to create meaningful experiences that celebrate artistic expression and environmental stewardship.
• Organize events and workshops that inspire awe and foster a deeper connection between individuals and nature.

Qualifications

• A passion for arts, ecology, and community engagement.
• Experience in non-profit or community development roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• An understanding of environmental issues and their impact on communities.
