About the Role

As Senior Manager of Growth Analytics & Partnership Acquisitions at Delivery Hero, you'll own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives whilst identifying and cultivating high-value partnership opportunities. You'll serve as a bridge between analytics, strategy, and partnership teams, using data to inform decisions that accelerate Delivery Hero's expansion in the region. This role offers the opportunity to impact company-wide growth strategy whilst building and leading teams focused on partnership acquisition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth analytics frameworks to measure and optimise key business metrics
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of strategic partnerships that drive market expansion
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to inform growth priorities
• Build and mentor a team focused on partnership development and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics insights into actionable growth strategies
• Monitor partnership performance and optimise agreements for mutual long-term value
• Present growth strategies and partnership recommendations to senior leadership

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in growth analytics, partnership development, or business development roles
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities and partnership potential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling technology or e-commerce environments is a plus
