Role Overview

As Senior Manager of Performance Analytics, you'll lead the charge in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence. In this full-time position, you'll oversee analytical initiatives that directly influence business strategy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You'll champion a data-driven culture across departments, establishing performance benchmarks and insights that guide decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering collaboration between data professionals and business stakeholders
• Design and maintain comprehensive performance frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards that track business health across key operational areas
• Conduct advanced analysis of user behaviour, delivery metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives
• Oversee analytics infrastructure, tools, and methodologies to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy of reporting systems
• Mentor and develop analytical talent within your team, establishing best practices and fostering technical excellence
• Partner with product, operations, and finance teams to define success metrics and measure impact of new initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams or similar technical groups
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Python, or R, combined with expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and business metrics, with demonstrated ability to design rigorous experiments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decisions across functions
• Strategic mindset with a focus on translating data insights into business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
