About the Role
As Director of Graduate Medical Education, you will steward the accreditation lifecycle for each residency and fellowship program at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. This incentive-eligible position places you at the center of medical education excellence, partnering with program leadership to ensure every training program meets and sustains the highest accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the accreditation process for each individual graduate medical education program.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with accrediting body requirements and institutional policies.
- Support program directors, faculty, and residents throughout the educational and accreditation journey.
- Monitor program performance and guide continuous quality improvement across all training tracks.
- Serve as a key liaison between the hospital, training programs, and external accrediting organizations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in graduate medical education administration or a closely related healthcare leadership field.
- Working knowledge of accreditation standards and the processes governing residency and fellowship programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and program-management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, faculty, and hospital leadership in an on-site capacity in Hypoluxo, Palm Beach County.
