About the Role

As a Service Writer at VIP Auto in Framingham, Middlesex County, you'll be the essential link between our customers and our service team. Your role is to understand customer needs, communicate clearly about vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensure every interaction reflects VIP Auto's commitment to earning automotive customers for life. What You'll Do

• Greet and check in customers, taking time to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Document service requests accurately and thoroughly, capturing all customer specifications
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance in clear, accessible language
• Create and manage work orders, coordinating between customers and service technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates
• Process payments and handle administrative tasks related to completed service work
• Maintain detailed service records and vehicle history documentation
