About the Role

As a Merchandising Specialist with Acosta Group's Premium Retail Services team, you'll be the on-the-ground partner who keeps store displays accurate, attractive, and fully stocked. Based in San Angelo, this full-time position is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently across retail locations and takes pride in turning a product set into a compelling shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, refresh, and maintain product displays, shelves, and promotional fixtures according to client and retailer standards.
• Restock merchandise, rotate inventory, and ensure shelves remain full, organized, and properly labeled.
• Install point-of-purchase materials, signage, and seasonal or promotional layouts.
• Confirm pricing accuracy and product placement against approved planograms.
• Build positive working relationships with store associates and management.
• Document completed visits with photos and reports to verify merchandising results.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and presentation.
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and handling product throughout a shift.
• Access to dependable transportation to travel between assigned retail locations in and around San Angelo.
• Prior merchandising, retail, or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
