Target is hiring a Full-Time General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment Associate for our West Falls Church location in Fairfax County. Join our fulfillment team and play a key role in getting products to our guests efficiently and accurately, starting at $17.00 per hour.

About the Role

As a General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment Associate, you'll be part of the backbone of Target's operations. This is a full-time position focused on managing merchandise flow, preparing inventory for shipment, and ensuring seamless end-of-day operations. You'll work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment where precision, teamwork, and attention to detail directly impact our guests' experience.

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and organize merchandise with accuracy and speed
• Prepare items for fulfillment and shipment according to Target standards
• Conduct closing-shift duties including inventory checks, area breakdown, and equipment securing
• Maintain organized, clean work areas that meet safety and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and deadlines
• Use warehouse equipment and systems to track and manage inventory
• Respond to changing priorities and support other operational needs as required

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and a strong work ethic, especially for closing shift availability
• Ability to stand and move frequently, lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counting and organizing merchandise
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems quickly
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic warehouse environment
