About the Role

As a Guest Advocate at our Azusa location, you're the face of Target. You'll welcome guests, operate checkout with accuracy and speed, and keep our store organized and stocked. Whether you're ringing up purchases, restocking shelves, preparing food orders, or helping guests find merchandise across departments, you'll deliver the friendly, efficient service that makes Target a neighborhood destination.

What You'll Do

• Process transactions at checkout with attention to detail and genuine courtesy
• Stock shelves and maintain displays across General Merchandise, Style, and Food and Beverage departments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for guests using our fulfillment systems
• Greet and assist customers throughout the store, answering questions and locating products
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and follow Target's safety standards
• Work flexible hours that align with your schedule — on-demand team members have control over availability

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, friendly people who genuinely enjoy helping others
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift regularly during shifts
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
