About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker in our food distribution operation, you'll be part of the backbone of Target's logistics network. Working from our facility at 1290 Prince Georges Blvd, you'll handle high volumes of inventory with precision and care, ensuring products reach their destination safely and on time. This is a hands-on position where your attention to detail and work ethic directly impact store operations across the region.

What You'll Do

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming food and grocery shipments
• Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
• Pick and pack orders according to store and delivery requirements
• Verify product accuracy and scan items using warehouse management systems
• Load and unload trucks, maintaining proper stacking and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment and follow all safety protocols
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily volume targets

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable with repetitive physical work and standing for extended shifts
• Reliability and strong attendance record
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus
