Role Overview

As a Full-Time Hourly Warehouse Worker, you'll be the backbone of our distribution center operations. Every day, you'll help receive incoming merchandise, organize inventory, and prepare shipments that keep our store shelves stocked and customers satisfied. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse environment where teamwork, efficiency, and attention to detail directly impact our success in serving the Mililani and surrounding communities.

Core Duties

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming merchandise shipments from trucks
• Sort, stock, and organize merchandise according to warehouse systems and location codes
• Pick and pack items for shipment and fulfillment orders
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems as assigned
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
• Keep the warehouse workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and deadlines
