Target is hiring a full-time General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment Team Member (Position T2185) at our Hayward, Alameda County store location. This on-site role starts at $19.50 per hour and focuses on delivering excellence in store operations and guest order fulfillment.

About the Role

In this General Merchandise, Closing, and Fulfillment position, you'll manage the critical tasks of closing our store at the end of each operating day while simultaneously supporting our fulfillment operations. You'll combine operational precision with customer-focused service to ensure smooth daily operations and timely order delivery.

What You'll Do

• Execute end-of-day closing procedures including department organization, merchandise verification, and system shutdown
• Pick, pack, and prepare online and in-store guest orders for accurate fulfillment
• Maintain and audit inventory records, ensuring proper merchandise labeling and placement
• Keep all work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and security standards
• Work with your team to meet daily closing and fulfillment metrics
• Uphold Target's loss prevention and merchandise protection practices
