In this full-time, onsite role, you will translate market signals into actionable strategy that shapes the future of healthy, safe, and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Strategy and Market Intelligence Analyst at Carrier, you will sit at the intersection of data, business strategy, and competitive insight. Based at our Palm Beach Gardens campus, you will gather and interpret market intelligence to inform decisions across our HVAC, refrigeration, and fire and security business segments. This is a high-visibility position for an analytical thinker who enjoys turning complex information into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, monitor, and analyze market trends, competitors, customers, and emerging opportunities across Carrier's global markets.
• Build data-driven models and reports that support corporate and segment-level strategic planning.
• Translate raw intelligence into concise briefings, presentations, and recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess new market entries, growth initiatives, and portfolio decisions.
• Track industry developments and synthesize findings into a clear view of competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in strategy, market intelligence, competitive analysis, consulting, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with comfort working across large and varied data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to senior audiences.
• Proficiency with analytical, research, and presentation tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
